Fortunate enough to grow up in New Jersey, in the shadow of New York City, Ross was able to experience and observe the beauty of the many different cultures, landscapes, and peoples he was surrounded by. That exposure has led to a lifelong fascination with telling the infinite stories people carry within them and the ever-unfolding scenes around him. His grandfather, a professional photographer and camera store owner, helped instill in him his love for the still image at an early age.
